STALL HOLDERS WITH A CARAVAN: These must be parked in the Showground Caravan Park or designated Camping area and will be charged according to Caravan Park Rates.
POWER LEADS AND GAS BOTTLES: – Must display current inspection tags/certificates.
WORKPLACE, HEALTH & SAFETY:Stallholders agree to accept the Queensland Council of Agricultural Societies rules in relation to H&S at Agricultural Shows.
* Provide and maintain a safe working environment
* Maintain plant, equipment and substances in a safe condition
* Report to Space Steward or WH&SO any dangerous occurrence
* Comply with all State Acts, Regulations and Codes of Practice
All Stallholders have a responsibility for their own and other people’s safety.
Failure to comply with this or any direction from our WH&S Officer will result in being asked to leave the grounds.
LIABILITY: The Boonah Show Society accepts no liability for any damage or theft to displays, goods or stalls in any way.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL:This is only permitted in designated smoking and Licensed drinking areas of the Showgrounds, or near your caravan in designated camping area.
REMOVAL OF RUBBISH: Stallholders are required to remove all their own rubbish, mainly bulky items i.e. empty cartons and packaging material, to prevent the overfill of rubbish bins provided for the use of the public. These items must be removed from the grounds, or a cleaning fee will be charged. RECYCLING IS STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. CLEANERS WILL BE COLLECTING CANS FOR RECYCLING. STRYOFOAN AND PLASTIC CONTAINERS ARE BANNED FROM THE SHOWGROUNDS.
BANNED ITEMS: Please note the enclosed list of Banned Items. It is an absolute requirement for everyone to adhere to this list.
INFORMATION SUMMARY: –
Show Dates are 30TH & 31ST May,2020. Fees charged are for both Friday & Saturday.
Set Up times for Stalls.
* Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
*Friday between 6 a.m. – 8a.m. (Stalls cannot be set up outside of these times without prior arrangement.)
*Saturday between 6 a.m. – 8 a.m.
*Stall holders arriving before Thursday will be charged camping fees.
*Show commences at 9 a.m. on Friday & 8 a.m. on Saturday.
*Show closes at 5p.m. on Friday and 9 p.m. on Saturday (Pavilion stallholders may make arrangements to close at 6 pm Saturday.)
If Stall Holders must leave early, they must make prior arrangements with Space Steward, and be given an escorted exit off the grounds.
*No un-escorted Vehicle movement is allowed on the grounds during operating hours THIS WILL BE STRICKLY ENFORSED.
Security: Security will operate on the grounds from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. on Thursday, Friday & Saturday Nights.
STALLHOLDERS ARE INVITED TO TAKE PART IN “THE SCARECROW TRAIL”

All Measurements must include complete area required (Including tow bars, drawbars, opening doors, overhangs etc.)
